Again, updated the Master Project List. We visited the house last evening to check on the installation of some lights in the solarium. They were too high for us to install ourselves, so we paid the handyman to do it. It is frustrating because the Hired Help is far less concerned with your newly painted walls than you are. Sigh...
Tomorrow is finalizing some small things, touch up painting, and massive cleaning. The realtor and his photographer are coming over on Tuesday at noon to take photos for the web spread. The house will be listed 3/1.

I found my floor stain color on Isabella and Max Rooms last summer! Two parts Duraseal spice/one part neutral. Perfecto. I dithered way too much and couldn't decide without a little visual inspiration.
